We are not currently accepting excercise machines (we will accept weights and weight benches)

Electronic items Or Appliances that are not in working order
Items that are not fit for resale
Waterbeds or waterbed frames
Old computers, printers or monitors fax machines

OEM Hanging Lamps (the original ones that came with your house)

Please call or email us before you bring items if you have questions about them.

We accept donations from 10:00 to 4:00 Monday through Friday, and until 2:00 p.m on Saturday.  We reserve the right to reject any items that we cannot immediately use.

If you want your donations picked up, we pick up on Friday and Saturday.  Please call as soon as you can so that we can put you on our schedule.  We always try to pick up your donations on a schedule that will best accomodate you. Small items need to be bagged or boxed: we do not pack items.  Items that are not ready for pickup will be left behind. 

We pick up from main floors, front porches and garages.  We generally do not pick up from basements or from locations that require our workers to negotiate stairs.   Apartment pickups from other than main floors MUST have an elevator.  

Please do not leave any donations except  during regular store hours. 
We are not a dumping site: items that we cannot sell in the store
cost us money to recycle, and constitute a health and safety issue
for us and our neighbors.

We offer a delivery service for a basic fee of $25 minimum.  We charge a $50 minimum for delivering pianos and other heavy items, and items that are to be placed on any level other than the main level.
